Withdraw from your contract

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below: you will receive an email confirming we have received it, with the text of your declaration and the date and time you sent it.

What happens next

• You receive an acknowledgment by email, containing your declaration and the date and time of sending. Your withdrawal is valid from the moment you send it, not from our reply.
• You have 14 days from that moment to send the items back.
• Your refund will be issued WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your withdrawal declaration, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned jewellery or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising your right of withdrawal. Faulty or non-conforming items are subject to the provisions of the statutory guarantee of conformity.
• The right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to jewellery made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, pursuant to Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code.
