Withdraw from your contract

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below: you will receive an email confirming we have received it, with the text of your declaration and the date and time you sent it.

What happens next

• You receive an acknowledgment by email, containing your declaration and the date and time of sending. Your withdrawal is valid from the moment you send it, not from our reply.
• You have 14 days from that moment to send the items back.
• The refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving your declaration, using the same payment method.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense, except for faulty or non-conforming items.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order jewellery.
