Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind, without giving any reason. This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the order, not on the purchase date. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins on the day the last item is delivered.

This is your statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the form available on the “Withdraw from the Contract” page. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@araminigioielli.com, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. In either case, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice.

To meet the 14-day deadline, you only need to send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires. No prior authorisation from us is required.

How to Return an Item

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, you have 14 days to send the jewellery back. The deadline is met if you dispatch the items before the 14-day period expires.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service appropriate for the value of the jewellery.

Return Shipping Costs

• Size or style exchanges, or any other requests unrelated to a lack of conformity: the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.
• Faulty or non-conforming items: return shipping costs will be covered by us. Once the defect has been verified, we will arrange for the jewellery to be repaired or replaced in accordance with the statutory guarantee of conformity.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no additional cost to you.

The refund will also include any original delivery costs, as required by law, excluding any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned jewellery or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

If the returned jewellery has diminished in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you will be responsible for that diminished value, in accordance with Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Any diminished value will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the actual condition of the returned jewellery.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewellery made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised at the customer’s request, pursuant to Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code.

This exclusion does not affect the consumer’s rights under the statutory guarantee of conformity.
