HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

RETURN COSTS
The return costs are the customer's responsibility in the event of a size change, model change or any other request not related to product defects

In the event of a defective or damaged item, the return costs are at our expense. After verifying the defect, a refund or replacement of the item will be issued, based on availability.

You will receive the refund within 14 days of receiving the return notification, using the same payment method selected at checkout.

In the event that the returned item is damaged for reasons not related to manufacturing defects, or not complete with all its elements or accessories, we will withhold from the refund the amount corresponding to the damage or lack.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to return personalized or custom-made jewelry.
