Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind, without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you — or someone you nominate — physically receive the order, not on the purchase date. If your order arrives in more than one shipment, it starts from the delivery of the last item.

These 14 days are your statutory right of withdrawal. On top of that, Aramini accepts returns within 15 days from delivery, under the conditions described below: in practice, you have 15 days.

To withdraw, fill in the form on the page Withdraw from your contract. You can also write to us at hello@araminigioielli.com. Either way, we will reply confirming that we received your request.

You then have 14 days to send the items back. The refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, except for faulty or non-conforming items.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order jewellery.

Return costs

• Change of size or model, or any other request not related to product defects — return costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Defective or damaged item — return costs are at our expense. After verifying the defect, a refund or replacement of the item will be issued, based on availability.

Refunds

You will receive the refund within 14 days of receiving the return notification, using the same payment method selected at checkout.

In the event that the returned item is damaged for reasons not related to manufacturing defects, or not complete with all its elements or accessories, we will withhold from the refund the amount corresponding to the damage or lack.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to return personalized or custom-made jewelry.
