Warranty

All Aramini jewellery is covered by a 24-month international warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects: faulty clasps, failing solder joints, stones or diamonds coming loose without impact, defects in the metal or the workmanship.

This warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code, which remains valid in any case.

What is not covered

Normal wear from everyday use; scratches, dents or deformation caused by knocks or drops; damage from improper use or from contact with chemicals, perfume, chlorine or sea water; loss of the piece; work carried out by unauthorised third parties.

How to make a claim

Write to hello@araminigioielli.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the defect. We will assess the case and tell you how to proceed. If the defect is covered, we will repair the piece or, where repair is not possible, replace it, at no cost to you.

If your jewellery was purchased in a boutique, please contact the point of sale directly.

Repairs outside the warranty

Each request is assessed individually, depending on the item and the work required. We will send you a quote before proceeding.

Proof of purchase

Proof of purchase is required to make a claim: your order confirmation email is sufficient.
